Thanks for meeting me outside of this People Analytics blog!

Thanks for meeting me outside of this People Analytics blog!

When I started this blog, I chose one of my photographs, that presents cranes, for the main page slider. I thought that cranes are great metaphor. They are always on a worldwide journey, within their large flocks, where they enjoy dynamic roles and inter-dependencies. They are just like us, people in organizations, who are on their journey to data-driven HR. When I wrote on that slider that “data makes you fly”, I had my personal career path in my mind, but I also thought about HR leaders who embrace analytics and become heroes in their organizations.

The cranes’ journey is endless. I hope that ours will also last, for many years to come, in spite of dramatic change that we face these days. But at this point, I’d like to take a little break, and share my gratitude to all of you in my professional community, who offered me the opportunities to learn, share, influence, and be recognized outside of this blog.

Thank you! This journey would not have been the same without you.
